Records the 2026-08-30 v3 production rollout: exact source/image identities, fresh backup and restore drill, pre-deploy SQLite 522 incident and same-image recovery, API/frontend acceptance, Android in-place upgrade evidence, locked + Battery Saver relay validation, and the remaining operator-UI/autonomous-heartbeat checks.
